1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate candy-coated chocolate, melted
Mix brown sugar, butter, and vanilla extract in the bottom of a large bowl. Let stand overnight.
Pour chocolate into a large bowl, stirring constantly. Stir gently until chocolate is evenly dispersed. Chill in refrigerator until ready to use. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
