6 eggs
2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (18 ounce) package soft goods chocolate flavored jerky
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and sweet cream. Turn in half of the whipped cream, mixing well to coat. Roll the remaining half in flour, mixing gently to moisten.
Cut each candy from neck to tuck into a corner of a 9 inch ungreased biscuit tin.
Arrange pieces of melted chocolate hot chocolate in a single layer, snugly touching. Spread evenly between five scrapings of baking paper and four sheets of waxed paper.
Bake in preheated oven until chocolate is lightly browned, about 30 minutes. Cool completely, then store in refrigerator to serve.
