In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Stir until butter is melted and mixture is smooth.
In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, whip cream until a stiff cream can be defined. Spread cream in the center of one of 2 trash can bottoms, using the remaining brown sugar and cornstarch. Garnish with cranberry bits, pudding creme, bittersweet pecans, and lavender zest, if desired.
