1 (6 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1/4 cup bourbon
1/8 cup fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon mint juice
In a small bowl, mix marshmallow creme, bourbon, strawberries and lemon juice. Spread this mixture over marshmallow creme puff pastry, and place marshmallow creme in an oval or cylinder shape. Freeze the outside of the tube.
