2 tablespoons unsweetened anise oil
1 cup almond paste
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon white anise oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup lemon zest
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 (10 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter
In a small bowl, whisk together the white sugar and anise oil. Mix the lemon juice, lemon zest and wine and muddle in the lemon zest and olive oil. Mix until well blended. Pour into glasses and spread on cookie sheets.
