1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup butter
1/2 pound chicken breast halves
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add wine and olive oil and stir to bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 5 minutes. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the flour and rice, stirring until thoroughly combined; stir in with chicken. Slowly mix in the cheese and serve chilled.
