1 (2 pound) boneless chicken breast
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons French-style seasoning
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Brown in oil, then in flour.
Rinse chicken breasts in water and place on baking dish or baking sheet. Drizzle with paprika, seasoning, and horseradish. Season with lemon juice. Sprinkle with ginger and oregano.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 1 hour or until chicken is golden brown.
Meanwhile, rinse chicken breasts in water. Drain.
Place horseradish, lemon juice, ginger, oregano, salt, and 1 teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Mix together and sprinkle on top of chicken. Bake for another hour or until chicken is cooked through. Serve chilled.
