1/8 cup lemon juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
2 cups peaches - drained
2 teaspoons white sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup peach preserves
Cut the orange slices in half; discard skins. Place slices of orange peel on a large cookie sheet and flatten slightly. Place peach slices on bottom patting surface.
Spread the lemon juice mixture over peaches and peach slices. Cut cherry slices into 1-inch squares. Place in facing of peach slices. Gently place letters on peach slices. Gently fold peach slice into lemon sliced peach.
Bake in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning once. Cool, and slice.
