1 (9 inch) prepared blueberry pie crust
4 eggs
1 (12 ounce) package white cake mix
3/4 cup cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon honey
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, salt and water. Beat well. Press dough evenly into prepared pie pan.
Spread cream cheese mixture over bottom of pastry shell, then sprinkle half of cherry directly over top. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over topping. Cover with pecans.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, until set in center. Let cool before serving.
