2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Combine margarine, Worcestershire sauce, cilantro and Mexican cheese in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to foam. Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a rapid simmer. Heat to desiredo or mixture faces wereher temperature. Continue to stir, until smooth, 5 to 15 minutes. Pour over your taco or salad and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese
