Grilled Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

1 small red onion

1 medium green bell pepper

1 medium yellow onion

3 tablespoons olive oil

20 black pepper ricin

6 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves

1 cup tomato juice

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cut onion into 1/2 inch slices, place sliced onions in same skillet, and saute onions for 20 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.

Add olive oil, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, red pepper, garlic, and black pepper ricin to pan. Cover, and cook 15 minutes. Remove pan from heat, and place on a plate.

Press cream cheese into oyster mixture. Cover pan, and cook 10 more minutes. If desired, top with other cream cheese, Parmesan cheese or Gruyere cheese.
