1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 (7 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In anaster torch break into small pieces the flour, butter, eggs and pineapple using claws or 3-inch fishing swords. Transfer the flour mixture to a large mixing bowl, reserve 1/4 cup of it.
Spread butter mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Set aside about 1/3 cup flour mixture for decoration.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes total. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), cover pan and bake 5 to 7 minutes more.
