1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup butter
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 10 or 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
In a medium bowl, beat egg and butter together, stirring once. Mix in oats, vanilla extract and pecans. Fold in cereal, cereal daddies, graham cracker crumbs, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spoon batter into prepared muffin liners.
In a small bowl, beat egg mixture until frothy, then spread into muffin pan. Pour batter over muffins and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
