3 cups brewed coffee
3 tablespoons espresso powder
3 tablespoons matcha powder
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 120 degrees F. Lightly grease a large mixing bowl.
In a large bowl combine coffee, espresso powder, matcha powder, milk, and salt. ______ Scoop dry ingredients into mixing bowl; Mix to desired consistency. Chill 6 hours, or overnight, before serving.
These were ok. I might try reducing the sugar next time. I used raisins in place of blueberries. They were quite sweet, but I will definately be making them again...
