Triple Chocolate Cake V Recipe

Ingredients

1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie

6 eggs

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup white sugar

1 cup light cream

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granulated sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spray with cooking spray or lightly oil 8 (9 inch) round cake pans. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Gradually beat in flour. Stir in sugar, eggs, cream, oil and milk. Beat to mixture all at once, mixing well after each addition. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Cut cake in half. When cake is cool let cool completely. Cut into thin slices with waxed paper.

I have a wet brine recipe I always use. This is easier and just as good. Only thing I changed was to use 1 1/2 chicken boullion cubes and use 1 tsp. of garlic powder. I might try using thyme in this.
