2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (8 ounce) packages strawberry flavored Jell-O
1/2 cup boiling water
1 (8 ounce) package strawberry yogurt
1 (8 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (5 ounce) can sliced strawberries in syrup
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Beat cream cheese and gelatin in large bowl until smooth; stir into gelatin mixture. Pour mixture into pie crust. Place in preheated oven for 1 hour. Cool completely.
Slice strawberries over bottoms of two 9 inch pie pans. Pour cream cheese mixture over strawberries. Remove from oven, leaving about 1/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture to spread over the top of the strawberries. Spoon whipped topping over strawberries, covering completely. Cool in refrigerator. Cut chilled pie into 1/2 inch squares. Serve covered or over pie. Garnish with sliced strawberries and whipped topping.
