Coconut Cream Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package Orange Cake Mix

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, sliced

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 9 inch round baking pans.

In a large bowl, stir together cake mix, cream cheese, sugar and 1/4 cup whipped topping. Beat on low speed until blended. Beat in vanilla extract, oil and 1 cup cream cheese mixture.

Pour batter into prepared pans. Place in preheated oven, stirring occasionally, until set. Cool completely before removing from pans. Cool completely before removing from pans. Reheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
