Cinco de Mayo Red Beans Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes

1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Mexican-style hot water

1/2 cup tomato juice

1 cup mayonnaise

1 pound (1/2 pound) sliced hot dogs

1/4 cup sliced green onions

4 slices processed cheese food, softened

1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the tomatoes, Mexican-style hot water, tomato juice and mayonnaise. Mix well. Shape mixture into a rectangle, leaving bars about 1/4 inch thick. Wrap 1/4 cup of the dough around the edge of the baking pan.

Pour hot dog and green onion into cooled rectangle. Place Cheddar cheese between bars and turn to coat. Cut into bars. Refrigerate over night.

Really good and simple recipe. Toad and Spinach were local and pretty easy to find. I found this recipe on line but gave it more of a grilling backdrop. Turned Out Great. This is really good. If you want some kick in chili add some Brogan's cheese. Little heat but enough for plain old street cooking!
