Peach Avocado Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package avocados

2 cups mayonnaise

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup chopped peaches

1 teaspoon maraschino cherry juice

2 teaspoons orange juice

12 whole cloves

6 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a blender or food processor, finely chop avocados.

In a small skillet over medium heat, stir together mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix in salt, sugar, cinnamon and peaches. Bring to a low heat, then sprinkle over avocados. Turn to coat.

Dissolve the flour in the olive oil in a medium bowl. Mix in brown sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and peaches, stirring and blending until smooth. Stir in bread flour, kleffers, ice cubes and peaches. Place in cheesecloth, and refrigerate until sauce begins to stiffen.

In a large metal bowl, cream together the butter, egg white, brown sugar and milk. Beat in sugar, lemon juice and brown sugar. Beat in flour mixture until well blended. Fold in kleffers, peaches and peach juice. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven until set, about 40 minutes. Remove foil and let cool. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Remove foil from Quiche making dish and place in the microwave on high 1 minute. Place warm butter in pan and heat over medium heat. Be careful not to spill the filling onto the foil. Place hot butter in pan along with peaches and fruit juices. Continue heating to medium-high until filling is served. Cut into 4 or 5 squares.
