2 (8 ounce) cans pineapple juice concentrate
2 (3 ounce) packages lemon flavored Jell-O
4 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1/2 banana, sliced into rounds
1/2 cup sliced pineapple
2 tablespoons boiling water
In a medium saucepan, combine pineapple juice concentrate, lemon-lime soda and banana slices. Boil until smooth and pour into a bullet mold or garbage can. Store frozen for up to one week.
Pour boiling water into a large plastic bowl and slowly stir in pineapple and bananas. Heat to boiling. Stir in boiling water until smooth. Serve hot with pineapple slices, sliced bananas and pineapple slices on top of bananas.
