1 (8 ounce) package Brie cheese
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 dash dry mustard
1/3 cup dry sherry
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon butter, melted
In large bowl, mix Brie cheese, mushrooms, red pepper, onion, garlic, mustard, sherry, basil, salt, pepper, oil and butter. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir into cheese mixture overnight.
