2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1 pound Cheddar cheese, sliced
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook onions and green peppers in oil until soft. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper and paprika. Cook till tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in Cajun seasoning, garlic salt, black pepper and paprika. Add cheese. Boil until cheese is melted.
