1 pint orange juice
1 quart lemon juice
1 quart cider vinegar
3 tablespoons molasses
1 cup ice
In a small glass bottle or pitcher, combine orange juice, lemon juice, and cider vinegar. Stir to mix. Cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
In a medium saucepan, combine orange juice, lemon juice, and molasses. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Stir in the ice. Pour into the glass bottle or pitcher and stir until thoroughly chilled and thickened.
Wonderful... I added a drop of red, added a splash of red wine, and reserved a ton of Basil for last night. This is really good, great texture, delicious, and will definately be in our regular rotation.
