I made these for brunch today. I followed the recipe exactly, and served them with a fruit salad. What a treat! I didn't have pecans or walnuts, so I used sliced almonds instead. I didn't have to bake for almost the whole baking time, which is unusual - usually the baking time is shorter. I still haven't figured out the "sweet" in the description, so I'll try different kinds of fruit salad next time.
