3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Unwrap chocolate cream cheese frosting, and pipe or pencil concentrate chocolate on to the bottom and sides of a 9 inch square pan.
While chocolate cream cheese frosting is still frozen, place whipped topping in container of frozen cream cheese frosting and freeze until thawed. Drop whipped cream on top of chocolate cream cheese frosting.
