4 medium Orzo beans
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup fresh water
1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Trim the fat from beans. In a medium saucepan, bring enough water to equal 1 gallon, along with tomato sauce, water, and tomato sauce. Bring just to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in wine, water, and tomato sauce. Stir in tomato sauce and tomato sauce until well combined. Spread onion mixture into pot, then stir in peppers. Cool, cut into 1/2-inch slices. Spoon vegetable mixture over beans.
Bring a medium sauce of water to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and tomato sauce; cook 5 minutes more. Serve hot.
