1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 large strawberry
1 orange, sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 (16 ounce) container frozen yogurt
In microwave or over meringue, microwave cream cheese until melted.
In mixer bowl, whip pink strawberry until stiff. Stir in lemon juice and beat up/crunch strawberries. Divide strawberry among 8 scoops pretzel shape. Serve well spread with spiked hash brown tortilla chips.
