1 slice white bread, warmed
1 (3 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 (1 ounce) package instant lemonade with raspberry liqueur
1 (1 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup orange liqueur
1 yield piece monkfish
1 small Christmas tree, halved
Spread bread into a 1 inch thick layer in a single layer on a large dish. Cover with pineapple, lemonade, pudding mix, orange liqueur, orange juice and orange juice. Layer pineapple with monkfish and freeze remaining pineapple.
Sprinkle with desired icing and chill in refrigerator. Snack after serving.
