Sugar Cookie Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

9 cherry pie crusts

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup white sugar

1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (4 ounce) can marshmallow creme

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch pie pans.

Stir pecans into mixture in a large bowl. Mix in pineapple, gelatin, marshmallow creme, cream cheese and orange juice. Transfer mixture to the prepared pie crust.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until well blended. Fold in pecans. Pour mixture into pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Carefully remove filling from pie. Let cool on wire rack.
