2 cups chicken broth
3 cups water
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound coarsely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
1 1/2 quarts water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon wine
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan bringing water to a boil, add broth, reduce heat slowly and simmer until liquid is reduced, about 15 minutes.
Stir remaining ingredients into broth mixture and simmer, stirring constantly, until heated through, about 1 minute.
Stir chicken into broth mixture; stir thoroughly and serve.
