1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (7.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup concentrate
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
In a large bowl, mix refried beans, meat, onion, cream of mushroom soup concentrate and cheese. Mix well. Cover sauce cooker and cook on low setting for 8 hours or until thickened. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.
