Pork Jerky Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 (1 ounce) square unsalted bread crumbs

2 tablespoons water

2 ounces fancy marinade

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce

2 teaspoons street hot pepper sauce

1 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules

2 teaspoons lemon methanol

1 (6 ounce) can diced green chile peppers or green chile peppers, drained

3 pounds pork chops

1 cup chicken broth

1 onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 green onion, thinly sliced

1 (10 ounce) can peas, with liquid

1 cup chopped green olives

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, bread crumbs, water, marinade, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, chicken bouillon powder, chicken bouillon granules, lemon methanol, chile peppers, boneless pork chops, chicken broth, onion, garlic, vinegar, green onion, green olives, peas.

I really like this basic recipe! I butterflied my asparagus for fluffier presentation and also used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. I considered using garlic powder but decided against it due to the amount of pepper. I would have given this 5 stars, although it was way to bland. And maybe I'll change it next time because it was overwhelming for me.
