2 1/2 cups romaine lettuce and shredded lettuce, torn and washed
1/2 cup shredded cooked ham
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1 small onions, sliced
1/2 cup pitted carrot, sliced
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 cup tomato chunks
salt and pepper to taste
Rinse and drain the cooked lettuce and chop the stem ends.
I washed the onion, carrot, and garlic in cold water, and tossed them with tomato chunks and salt and pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
