12 fluid ounces pineapple juice
8 fluid ounces passion fruit cocktail
6 citrus fruits
5 sprigs fresh mint
2 quart orange juice
In a tall glass, mix pineapple juice, passion fruit, citrus fruits, mint and orange juice. Lightly sugar coat pineapple, and pour in pineapple juice. Fill glass half full and shake vigorously. Wipe drips with a hot white and set aside. Serve chilled.
