1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound lean ground pork
2 teaspoons paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
3 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat oil in pot or large saucepan over medium-high heat. Brown pork in oil, stirring constantly, and drain on paper towels or plastic wrap.
Stir paprika into the pot along with garlic and sesame oil. When paprika becomes fragrant, mix in chili powder, red pepper and mozzarella cheese. When mixture is moistened, stir in mozzarella cheese to serve.
