1 cup butter
3/4 cup chopped onions
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups uncooked spaghetti
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (16 ounce) can anchovies
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (6 ounce) can Italian-style pasta sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Place onion and garlic in a shallow dish blender or food processor. Arrange rice in a double layer on the bottom of the second shallow dish blender. Top with onion and garlic mixture and then with white wine, anchovies, bay leaves, parsley, olive oil, Italian-style pasta sauce, basil and oregano. Pour sauce over rice. Stir thoroughly. Serve with pasta salad dressing. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
