Yogurt Granola Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup white granola

1 cup packed brown sugar

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 teaspoon lemon extract

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) pans.

In a blender or food processor, combine granola, brown sugar and olive oil. Blend until smooth. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla extract; blend until no streaks remain.

Melt granola over medium heat in microwave oven until golden. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into prepared pans.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until serving. Cool completely before removing from pans.
