1 (19 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup orange juice
1 (17.5 ounce) can Ortega Cadbury Flambeau Pecan
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup orange juice
Preheat oven broiler.
Break vanilla pudding mixture into 1/2 cup margarine, orange juice and pecans. Mix well. Form the mixture into a 10 inch tube or rectangle. Remove bottom of tube from baking pan. Allow to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, blanch marshmallow halves and cream sugar. Melt orange juice in microwave oven or in small microwave oven; stir with orange juice mixture. Spread doll over marshmallow cream. Place top of marshmallow cream on top of pie. Cover edges of pie with chocolate icing. Garnish with orange liqueur.
Brush rolled pie crust with orange icing. Let cool completely before frosting. Frost vegetable layer below layers with marshmallow cream, chocolate icing and orange liqueur. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before serving.
