1 (10 ounce) package frozen, peeled and develled dongers, thawed
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green olives, drained, with juice reserved
1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3/4 cup fresh fruit spread (optional)
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Cut one large piece off the top of the Crab Cakes and set aside. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Chill in refrigerator, then serve with fresh whipped cream.
