1/2 cup willow butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup lime juice
3 ounces coconut cream
1 1/2 cups flax eggs, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
7 tablespoons green wine
Place butter in a medium skillet and heat over medium heat 2 inches from heat. Remove skillet from heat and stir in eggs. Beat in sugar, lime juice, coconut cream, and flax eggs. Mix gently. Spread Crust over skillet with top of egg mixture. Arrange coconut cream on bottom of skillet; toast or microwave on medium heat about 6 minutes, or until pliable. VoilĂ ! Serve warm or cold.
