1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 (24 ounce) can mint-flavored Jell-O
In a medium bowl, mix sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Gradually stir in milk and gelatin. Mix well. Spread onto the waxed paper lined pan or platter. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight before popping.
