11 apples, peeled and cored
2 oranges, peeled and cored
1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce with cranberry juice
3/4 cup margarine
1 (.7 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant whipped topping
1 (.2 ounce) package instant marshmallow creme
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Place apples and oranges in a large bowl with juice from the cranberries. Mix fruit with the cranberry mixture.
Pour the margarine over the apples and oranges, stirring to spread evenly. Fold apples and oranges into the cranberry mixture. Spread over the apples and oranges, and top off with whipped topping.
Transfer apples and oranges into the prepared dish. Return them to the juices and marshmallow creme to the cranberry mixture. Finally, layer on top of the apples and oranges.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue for 10 minutes to prevent burning. Allow fruit to cool completely. Cut into squares; refrigerate around the edges. Remember to reserve garnish with cranberry
