1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup garlic paste
1/3 cup minced onion
1/3 cup minced hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon minced black pepper
2 bay leaves
1 onion, finely diced
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons paprika
Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over high heat. Add garlic paste and heat mixture, stirring frequently, for 1 minute. Allow to simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
Place chopped onion and garlic in pan and cook for 2 minutes. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, basil, pepper and bay leaves. When soup reaches desired sour taste, stir in red pepper flakes, paprika and possolones.
