5 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 (6 ounce) can diced fresh mushrooms, drained
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
In a large pot, combine tomato, onion, mushrooms, bread crumbs, parsley, butter, milk, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, basil and oregano. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, for about 1 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from heat and stir in basil, oregano, dill weed and Italian seasoning. Return to a boil. Stirring constantly, bring to a simmer for about 2 1/2 hours.
