1 (13 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup evaporated milk
3 egg yolks
4 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
FOLD whipped topping into small blender container. Stir in pudding/evaporated milk, egg yolks, sugar, molasses and almond extract. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill pie in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
