1/2 medium head cabbage, broken into small pieces
1 large tomato, sliced
1 medium carrot, peeled, peeled and chopped
1 small fresh tomato, washed and dried
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, stir together the cabbage, tomato, carrot, tomato, orange juice and sauce. Combine the potatoes, peas, broth, salt and pepper. Mix well, set aside and pour over the all-purpose mixture. Heat the mixture at the table over a low, dark simmer.
