2 1/2 pounds turkey meat
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 pound deer meat
1 (12 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed berries, thawed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and 1 pound meat in a small mixing bowl. Mix well; let stand in the refrigerator.
Drain meat and rice from the cans and cut into thin strips. Trim the ends of strips to 1/2 inch thick.
Place the beans in the pan of a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and stir gently. Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar; mix well. Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons nutmeg, parsley, garlic powder, mixed berries and meat. Stir together well and pour mixture into a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover and chill overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake uncovered for 8 hours or until internal temperature of meat reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) and meat is tender.
