1 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) can whole pineapple, drained
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pistachios
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped jalapeno pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of 8-inch glass baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix butter, cream cheese, onion, pineapple, Swiss cheese, cheese, sugar, anchovies and pepper. Mix thoroughly and spread over cream cheese layer.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake an additional 30 minutes.
