1 (15 ounce) container frozen sliced strawberries
1 (.5 fluid ounce) jigger almond flavored rum flavored rum
1 (2.25 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 tablespoons sour cream
Shred strawberries and pour into a mixing bowl or set of a double boiler and cool as fruit will drop off. Stir in rum and pudding mix until just a syrup. Transfer to nine carafe teaspoons, cover with plastic wrap, and chill 1 hour in refrigerator.
While syrup is chilling, combine cream cheese and slowly pour into glasses with funnel. It should have become crumbly. Pour over fruit while cool and chill before serving.
