Graham Cracker Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1/3 cup chopped celery

1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, cream cheese, cream cheese and mushrooms. Mix well. Fold in the celery and pudding mix. Drop by rounded spoonfuls into the graham cracker crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until pie is bubbly and dark brown on top. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Store in an airtight container.
